Welcome to Asian Tide. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By creating an account and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Wholesale & Trade Customers Only
Asian Tide is a wholesale furniture business and sells exclusively to trade and wholesale clients. You must be a registered business or industry professional to place an order with us.
2. Account Registration
To access pricing and place orders, customers must create an account and be approved by our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring your information is accurate.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in AUD and exclude GST and shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including in cases of error in pricing or availability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Asian Tide offers delivery through third-party logistics providers. Clients may also choose to arrange their own freight or collect items from our warehouse. Once goods leave our premises, we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred in transit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or store credit are only offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law in cases where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Warranties
Warranty terms vary by product. Some items may not carry a warranty. Specific warranty information will be supplied on request or stated at time of sale.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, product descriptions and branding, is the property of Asian Tide and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
You are not permitted to:
- Reproduce, modify, transmit, post, or distribute material from the website for commercial use,

12. Pricing Limitation of Liability
All prices on the website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices were accurate at the time of publication; however, errors and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.
If the price of an item you have ordered differs from that listed on the website, we will contact you. You may choose to proceed or cancel the order prior to dispatch.
All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is applied at a rate of 10%.
13. Product Availability and Backorders
Products listed on the website are available for purchase online, by telephone, or email. Not all items are immediately available for dispatch.
If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped when available. You may request to cancel backordered items at any time. If no cancellation request is received and the items are dispatched, you are deemed to have accepted the order.
Standard freight charges apply to all backordered items.
14. Order Acceptance
Placing an order via the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
We may accept your order by processing your payment and arranging delivery. However, we reserve the right to decline an order (or part of it) for any reason, including:
- Product discontinuation
- Insufficient stock
- Conflicts with existing stockists in your area
Orders are only considered accepted once confirmed, processed, and delivery or collection has been arranged.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
15. Freight and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via our nominated carrier otherwise you can organise your own delivery or self pickup. All freight costs are invoiced directly to you.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by shipping schedules, strikes, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for damages or penalties due to delivery delays.
If you choose to arrange your own freight or collect from our warehouse, you accept full responsibility for the goods from the time they leave our premises. We are not liable for transport or delivery once goods have been collected.
16. Proforma Invoices and Payment
All opening orders are processed on a proforma basis. This means:
- You will receive an invoice upon order confirmation.
- Goods will only be dispatched after full payment is received.
- Items not available for immediate dispatch (i.e. backorders) will not be invoiced until they are ready to ship.
17. Delivery Issues and Redelivery
If you are unable to accept delivery, and:
- Goods are returned to the depot, or
- Our courier cannot deliver during normal business hours,
Then redelivery charges will apply and be passed on to you.
18. Authority to Leave
You may opt to provide Authority to Leave, allowing the carrier to leave goods unattended at your nominated delivery address.
Please note:
- This is at your own risk.
- Neither Asian Tide nor the carrier accepts responsibility for loss or damage to unattended deliveries.
19. Price Confirmation Errors
While we aim to keep all pricing accurate and up to date, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If any pricing on your order differs from that listed on our website, we will notify you by phone or email. You may choose to:
- Proceed with the updated price, or
- Cancel part or all of your order.
