FROM OUR WAREHOUSE TO YOU

Delivery & collection

We arrange individual freight quotes after checking your order and product availability. You can also organise your own carrier or collect from our Dandenong South warehouse by appointment.

Freight is quoted separately and is not included in product prices. No payment is required when submitting an order request.

We supply trade customers Australia-wide, including New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. Approved trade customers have no minimum order.

From order request to invoice

  • 1. Submit your selection

    Order through the website or email the product names and quantities to our team. We check availability and contact you to confirm your requirements.

  • 2. Confirm transport

    If you need delivery, we contact freight providers and send you a quote for approval. Alternatively, arrange your own carrier or warehouse collection.

  • 3. Receive your invoice

    Once the order and transport arrangements are agreed, we email an invoice for payment.

  • Request a freight quote

    Provide your full delivery address and tell us about stairs, restricted access or other delivery requirements. Availability and cost depend on the destination, order size and access.

  • Arrange your own carrier

    You are welcome to organise freight. Confirm collection arrangements with our team once your order is ready.

  • Collect from our warehouse

    Collection is by appointment at 8 Bungaleen Court, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.
